All model projections and analysis results provided by the Platform:

• No Guarantee of Accuracy: Model results are based on historical data and algorithmic models and do not guarantee future accuracy
• Educational and Research Purposes: Primarily for learning and research in financial data analysis

1.3 Service Territory and Applicable Laws

• The Platform is operated by GPROPHET LIMITED, a UK company, and is positioned as a market data analysis and research tool for global research users.
• If you access the Platform from your location, you are responsible for confirming and complying with applicable local laws and regulations. If local law restricts or prohibits use of the relevant services, you must stop accessing and using the Platform.
• A user's email domain, language preference, or interface language does not determine whether the Platform provides local financial services in any particular jurisdiction.

2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the Platform
• You must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of account information and updating it promptly

• You are responsible for protecting the security of your account password
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

• Professional Plan: For individual research users, offering more model projections and advanced features
• Ultimate Plan: For institutional users, offering customized services and API access

3.2 Payment and Billing

• Payment Methods: Supports credit cards, cryptocurrency, and other payment methods
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription services auto-renew by default; you can cancel at any time
• Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust prices but will notify existing users 30 days in advance
• Taxes: Prices do not include applicable taxes, which are the user's responsibility

3.3 Points System

• Earning Points: Earn points through subscriptions, inviting friends, etc.
• Using Points: Points can be used to redeem prediction credits or advanced features

• Forfeiture of account balance and points
• Legal action and damages

All content, features, code, design, trademarks, and logos of the Platform are the property of G-Prophet or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2 User License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
